When an operator is licensed offshore (Curaçao, Malta, or by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission — a Mohawk Nation regulator, not a Canadian provincial one), we say so plainly.
Yes. Rankings come from our own testing scorecard (payouts 30%, licensing 25%, bonus honesty 20%, games 15%, support 10%). Affiliate deals never move a rating.
Both — and we label which is which. Ontario and Alberta run open regulated markets; most casino and crypto lineups are offshore. We never claim an offshore site is ‘licensed in Canada’.
